National Account Manager, Amazon','04596','!*!RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:• Responsible for developing and executing retailer strategy for MJN brands that delivers revenue and share growth targets.• Executes determined marketing/sales objectives via penetration of key customer decision makers.• Works closely with category management, marketing and supply chain; develops and executes a collaborative business plan that delivers sales volume and market share objectives.• Assists in development and leads execution of programs that increase awareness, consumption, retention, brand equity and ROI.• Manages promotional activity and trade spending for customer to ensure ROI and MAP compliance under general supervision.• Coordinates cross-functional resources (supply chain, category management, marketing, financial) assigned to account.• Develops solutions to a variety of issues of moderate to high complexity, working within existing policies, procedures, and programs.• Monitors proper retail implementation in the digital space by working with the Marketing and Customer Marketing to assure proper content is developed and executed.• Implements project plan, monitoring execution, making required adjustments and communicating status and progress.• Collaborates with Demand Planning, Forecasting and Reverse Logistics to develop inventory strategies which meet customer demand and minimize product returns. • Builds ongoing understanding of retailer and brand dynamics.','!*!EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required. MBA preferred• Eight plus years of overall experience with 5 years of experience in sales management  managing multiple customers, in a CPG environment and significant experience with retailer• Experience in a headquarter role in sales planning, sales operations, logistics, or customer marketing preferred• At least five years managing large complex customer relationships, with a major MJN account, preferred• Direct Amazon or eTail retail account sales experience preferred. • Experience developing and executing successful business plans • Experience leading internal initiatives and working across organization to find solutions and establish effective processes• Experience with data analysis tools, including process mapping, preferred• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and trends from a variety of sources• Advanced knowledge and experience in retail sales, trade marketing, category management and product marketing• Strong analytical ability• Well-developed ability to independently create and effectively deliver presentations, provide recommendations, and develop forecasts• Superior interpersonal and influencing skills• Outstanding problem solving and project management skills• Understanding of Amazon ARA Premium, Vendor Central, and other eCommerce 3rd party data providers preferred. • Demonstrated capabilities in forecast development in the areas of promotion, new items, and monthly/annual projections.Must adhere to all compliance requirements including all applicable laws, regulations, and MJN Standards of Business Conducts and Ethics, Codes, policies, procedures and instructional documents.','Sales - Medical/Retail','United States-Illinois-Chicago, IL','','Chicago, IL','Full-time','09-Oct-2017','','false','Yes','Yes','','','North America','North America','National Account Manager, Amazon
