Humana is seeking a Service Operations Business Analyst who will help triage work coming into OSS Analytics and help control the flow of information through the teams. A data curious person who wants to learn more about how operational data is created, stored, and consumed by various aspects of the enterprise. This individual will engagein critical monthly report creation for operational and executive leaders. They will also engage in the testing of new data, specifically data created by the CRM Service Application.
Support team by receiving and triaging incoming work requests
Utilize SQL, Excel, and other software tools to prepare and deliver reports. This will involve running previously developed procedures, as well as building/altering ad hoc reports.
Interact with various units at Humana who are customers of the team\u2019s work product
Deliver recurring manual reports until automation is complete
Leverage SQL for EDW testing and SQL Server testing
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including facilitation and negotiation
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Humana\u2019s EDW
Eagerness to learn new software tools and processes
Experience in project planning, testing, and execution concepts
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor\u2019s degree in information systems or related field
Experience with health insurance and health insurance risk adjustment concepts
Exposure to software development and/or have worked with developers to create solutions and achieve desired outcomes
Experience in Customer Service is a plus
SharePoint developer experience
Familiarity with Humana\u2019s operating systems
