Data scientists, front and back-end engineers, product managers, and web and UX/UI teams collaborate alongside e-commerce experts to envision, prototype, and bring revolutionary ideas to life in a dynamic, flexible and fun work culture.Job Title:Partner Success ManagerPosition Summary:The Partner Success Manager is responsible for supporting partner success initiatives for marketplace and other partners across Walmart.com, Jet, and associated U.S. based ecommerce properties including Shoes.com, Hayneedle, Bonobos, Moosejaw, and ModCloth. This position will work with partners and sellers across all retail categories strategically connecting priority sellers and products to category initiatives. Success will be measured by contributions to priority assortment, priority sku productivity, and partner net promoter score.
Successful candidates will be able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, customer-driven environment and demonstrate strong business instinct/judgement to drive innovative thinking and measurable success. •Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.Minimum Qualifications:•4-6 years of related work experience in ecommerce and marketplaces
•4-6 years of experience in business development and/or sales management
•Customer service experience supporting internal and external partners
•Technical competencies in e-commerce operations and Salesforce
•May include occasional travel to other U.S. ecommerce locations and industry eventsAdditional Preferred Qualifications:•Performs well in a team environment with competing priorities, multiple projects
