DCPI's App product team is looking for unique, creative individuals who think differently. Candidates who are passionate about the brand, dedicated to a high bar for quality and have a data driven approach to problem solving

Responsibilities :

Create user stories that define requirements

Drive improvements across the sign-up funnel and take a data-driven approach to feature updates

Collaborate with commercial teams on marketing site developments

Work with DisneyLife partners on entitlement and integration strategies

Own DisneyLife’s Sign up funnel roadmap across iOS, Android, web and big screen platforms

Provide documents or presentations based on requirements that provide a clear picture of the feature

Work with engineering, and design teams to develop and launch innovative guest facing features. May include prototyping, A/B testing, and rapid iteration

Proactively identify and implement improvements that help improve the guest experience and increase KPIs

Work within an agile environment, maintain feature roadmaps across multiple platforms and identify ways to make efficiencies in our development process

Develop dashboards for product team to help improve KPIs and identify opportunities

Partner with key stakeholders to define feature and platform roadmaps with supporting metrics required to deliver an innovative guest facing entertainment experience

Develop a deep understanding of Labs products and platforms, both existing and potential.

Communicate product priorities across the organization

Develop a thorough understanding of digital content subscription services, and continually assess the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends

Own the development of detailed product requirements

Basic Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience developing, operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer facing digital entertainment product management role

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Ability to clearly outline product requirements

Strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to communicate technical content to general audiences

Ability to manage and oversee product roadmaps for multiple platforms

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, design, and project management to deliver innovative product features in a collaborative agile environment

Strong knowledge of Disney or related brands a plus
