According to the Companys development and opening new business opportunities we are looking for experienced Project Manager within the Customer Delivery Team, we are looking for a candidate to:
Leading the project implementation of the Client:
In accordance with the methodology,
In accordance with the agreed schedule,
According to the agreed budget.
Post-implementation maintenance of operational and business relationship with the client, including:
Responding to the reported remarks by the client, expectations and needs,
Emergency Services for the implementation of the project implemented in the Client
Work on developing a portfolio of products for the customer implemented - among other things, define the potential needs of the customer
Work on the modification of deployed services - including parameterization and optimization services
for monitoring the correct operation of services by MasterCard Payment Transaction Services and present periodic reports on the level of services to the Client;
Periodic meetings with representatives of the client in order to: (i) to discuss the overall progress in the implementation of services, (ii) to analyze the level of service reports and take the necessary steps to resolve any potential problems.
Support sales process by participating in the process and provide potential information on the Customer:
the actions of the system,
the operational processes.
Analysis of customer requirements:
the analysis of the needs reported by the Customer,
Define the functional and technical requirements for the project.
Consulting services for the Customers regarding issuing products
