Job Title: Project Manager
The Project Manager
PM) will be responsible for all financial responsibilities of the Project including Purchasing, Budgeting and Scheduling. The PM will periodically update the project schedule
Primavera Format) and report on the job progress as well as the job cost projections. The PM will work in liaison with the Owner and will be responsible for all changes and negotiations. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor degree in engineering or construction management. Must have a minimum
of 10 to 15 years’
experience heavy or civil large scale construction projects. Experience on US Army Corps of Engineer projects is a preferred.
This is a long term project; ideal candidate will be willing to relocate.
