Senior position in the Quality Control Department which will be responsible for Complaint investigation for all diagnostic indications of each of our Class III Companion Diagnostic kits, as well as the Class II/I antibodies and Special stains. In addition this position will be responsible for various QC testing and stability studies. Other responsibilities will include continuous improvement projects within the Quality Control Department. Consequently, this position requires the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, write accurate protocols, implement complaint investigations or projects, and deliver high quality reports in a timely manner.
• PhD with a minimum 2 years industry experience or M.S. with 5 years industry experience or B.S with 7 years of experience
• Biotech industry research, production or quality control environment with a GMP/QSR/ISO background required
• Lean Six Sigma training, ASCP certified Histotechnician and/or Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience is a plus
• Must have experience with Cell Culture, IVD medical device manufacturing, immunology and/or Immunohistochemistry
• Candidates should be organized and detail oriented
• Candidate must have the proven ability to integrate new, cutting edge technologies into the Quality Control environment
