**Job Description:****Must be Shift Flexible** - Scope of Responsibilities: The Human Resources Coach oversees all payroll and benefit administration for the entire workforce. Coordinates the recruiting, screening, interviewing, and selection of all Distribution Center non-exempt team members. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations that will supply the necessary candidates (short term and long term), ensure that team members are hired following Loweu2019s Human Resource Management Guide Policies and ensure that all supervisors and Managers possess sound interviewing skills. This position ensures all new hires are entered correctly into the Loweu2019s payroll and benefits systems, ensures employee personnel records are kept in accordance with corporate policy, monitors employee salary increases ensuring performance reviews are completed timely, maintains an employee database, monitors all workeru2019s compensation claims, ensures initial report of injury compliance, and maintains the OSHA 300 log. This position supports the Facility operation, so schedule flexibility is required. Specific Duties: 1. Ensures the recruitment, employment, payroll, and benefit programs are followed in accordance with Company guidelines 2. Ensures the maintenance of all personnel files and records. 3. Ensures new employees are hired within Loweu2019s guidelines, with consistency and timeliness in payroll administration. 4. Champions the Facilityu2019s Safety, Recognition, and Gallup initiatives. 5. Constantly monitors the hiring needs of the DC/MW and ensures a steady flow of applicants 6. Local expert on Career Portal System 7. Schedules and conducts initial screening interviews on all viable candidates 8. Ensures that all applicants are processed in a thorough and consistent manner 9. Personally ensures that job offers are extended on a timely manner 10. Provides interviewing skills training to new and existing management personnel 11. Keeps abreast of State and Federal Regulations that affect interviewing or the hiring process 12. Maintain Job Creation Tax Credit Checklist and report all end of the year results 13. Demonstrated proficiency with Kronos and People Soft Payroll System. 9. Demonstrated knowledge of applicable OSHA, EEO, FMLA, and NLRA standards. 10. Demonstrated knowledge of Loweu2019s policies governing Human Resources. 11. Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multi tasks simultaneously. 12. Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred. 13. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 14. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
