As a Senior Business Development Lead
, you will be responsible for the successful execution of strategy to revenue. You will drive go-to-market, sales and field training enablement and demand generation. You will work with market segment leads on defining and building strategy and product management.
The successful candidate will be required to have skills and prior experience in market knowledge, competitive TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and forecasting. Participation in standards and industry forums are expected.
In this role, you will be responsible to guide and mobilize internal engineering teams and external partner ecosystem on product plans and execution.

Become a trusted advisor to the Xilinx sales community and drive go-to-market plans to close business
Enable sales to drive product and solution adoption for successful execution on business, revenue, and profitability goals
Identify market requirements, opportunities and risks, develop business plans, get buy-in from management, and successfully execute on the product strategy
Create long-term product strategy and market leadership by steering internal teams and partner ecosystem relationships on timely and successful product execution & launch
Collaborate with Silicon and Tools marketing teams for alignment and execution on product and market requirements
Develop marketing collateral and sales, field, and customer training material
Drive Communications opportunities globally
Work with field sales to identify, prioritize, track, qualify, monitor the risk, and support opportunities (design targets)
Work with Sales and Business team to facilitate response to RFQs/RFPs
Enable field Sales to maximize customer facing activities
Understanding of customers/markets – Opportunity/Platforms/ Needs
Gather feedback and data from customers, field and partners for product management and strategic planning
Build an effective partner ecosystem to stimulate product adoption and market leadership
5 years in sales, marketing, business development, or product management experience in Communication Semiconductor business
Market knowledge, competitive TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and forecasting experience
Participation in standards and industry forums
