The Senior Compensation Analyst designs, analyzes, and administers compensation programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Counsels and educates business leaders and employees on the company’s compensation philosophy, salary structure and competitive market for base, bonus and sales incentive plans.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field required, combined with five to seven years of experience as a compensation professional.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and experience in a global organization are strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of compensation theory and practice, including US federal and state regulations.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to form partnerships and advise on complex compensation transactions.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Proficient skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with HRIS data systems (PeopleSoft and SAP HCM experience preferred). Ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
Experience with market pay database management systems preferred.
Project Management skills helpful.
