The Senior Financial and AcquisitionAnalyst position is involved in a wide scope of both retail and non-retailfinancial tasks. This role supports the CVS Health goals of achievingincremental scripts, revenue, and EBIT by financial analysis, pro forma, realestate field support, financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, and valuation.
Additional tasks include:
-Mentor Real Estate teams, providing financial guidance and analysis on strategic goals.
-Support Real Estate Committee meetings in financial and pro forma matters.
-Determine enterprise value of potential retail store, long-term care, infusion pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy acquisitions by modeling and analyzing pro forma financials, quality of earnings reports, and diligence requests.
-Maintain and update financial models to maintain corporate guideline compliance.
-Collaborate with other departments on business-wide initiatives.
-Empower management decisions by effectively summarizing, presenting, and communicating enterprise growth opportunities.
5 years of financial analysis experience
-Deep understanding of corporate financial documents and financial concepts, including valuation techniques.
-Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
-Strong initiative to gain successful results in a rapidly changing environment.
-Advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills.
-Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy.
-Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
-Ability to synthesize analytical facts and insights into actionable recommendations.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA or Advanced degree preferred
