This may also be your chance to enter into the fast-paced and challenging area of platform strategy- a field that is revolutionizing the way FI’s consume our products.Essential Job Responsibilities: Understand customer demand and analyze the competitive landscape to translate into product requirements and detailed featuresPrioritize and validate customer needs and requests for platform changes & enhancements.Prioritize and validate customer needs and requests for consumer application changes and enhancements.Manage the complete product life cycle from inception, definition, rollout and ongoing improvements through to end of lifeDevelop business cases for specific features and initiativesDevelop and manage product roadmapsDevelop pricing and positioning strategiesInfluence Product Managers in charge of other related Fiserv products where appropriateInfluence Sales and Marketing representatives to achieve desired outcomes through successful channel management, adoption, and marketing activitiesWork with Support and operational representatives to achieve client satisfaction for clients using the productsEngage closely with the development teams to help with making implementation decisions and develop schedulesEngage closely with the Digital Channels Enterprise Security Risk and Resilience team to assure platform and application releases meet the required penetration and application scan requirements.Actively participate with product development and architectural teams to define product requirements, specifications and acceptance testing criteria. Knowledge of the Financial Industry, including banks and credit unions preferred.Be knowledgeable, experienced, and proficient in Product management standards and practices (Agile, Scrum, Pragmatic Marketing) with particular appreciation for the end-to-end Product management disciplineMaintain expert level knowledge of mobile and tablet technology and industry trendsBe able to effectively work with other organizational units and lead through influenceProven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offsAn entrepreneurial attitudeStrong analytical skills and ability to build consensus.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationEndeavor to engage at the client level.
