The Senior Program Manager, Anti-Corruption, will play a key role in developing a proactive anti-corruption program at a complex global company. This will include assisting with risk assessments and internal and third party audits, developing internal legal compliance tools, and performing ongoing anti-corruption risk monitoring. In addition, the Senior Program Manager will help the internal investigations team on complex investigations, particularly those requiring financial analysis and assessments. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Assistant General Counsel who leads the anti-corruption and antitrust programs globally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing the anti-corruption ongoing monitoring and oversight program. This will include helping develop and maintain internal compliance tools to proactively identify high risk transactions, developing and implementing a third party audit program, and conducting ongoing risk assessments and remediation throughout the global company. Coordination and collaboration with the rest of the anti-corruption teams responsible for due diligence and training will be key, as well as coordination with the broader Ethics and Compliance team. In addition, this role will also work very closely with our internal investigations team on important and complex investigations that require investigative due diligence and financial analysis components.
Specific duties include:
Developing and implementing an anti-corruption ongoing monitoring and oversight program that could include development of tools, trainings, and active monitoring of high risk transactions;
Developing metrics and tools to help analyze anti-corruption data to determine trends and areas of compliance risk
Working with the internal investigations teams around the globe on complex investigations, particularly those requiring complex financial analysis
Working cross-functionally to evaluate and recommend changes and solutions to improve policies, procedures, and internal controls based on risk assessments or other root causes of misconduct
Overall Ethics and Compliance team support including training, due diligence and other tasks, as needed.
CFE, or similar degree or certification in a financial accounting, anti-corruption, ethics and compliance or analysis field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an auditor, accountant, investigator, or ethics and compliance professional
Experience investigating or analyzing financial fraud and/or anti-corruption best practices
Experience working inside a global company is preferred, but not required
Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a demonstrated record of cross-functional collaboration and an ability to work effectively in a team environment
Integrity, professionalism and a keen understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the work is a must
Professional presence, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and experience delivering crisp, clear executive presentations
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously and focus on critical priorities
Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to and an understanding of cultural differences around the globe
Ability to travel, including international travel, is required
