Make an impact on your community and the lives of others by supporting the Supply Management organization with the implementation of its new End to End Sourcing Technology platform – Ariba.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the future state design, implementation, and management of the Contract Management module of the Sourcing Technology suite.

A Day in the Life

•Ownership of the global future state design

•Collaborates with work stream leads to incorporate leading practices

•Facilitates cross-functional alignment

•Executes and support the Global Supply Management Vision

•Identify areas of opportunity to reduce cycle time of the Contract Lifecycle

•Supports navigation of the organization and identifies key stakeholders

•Identifies and recommends change in scope and/or deviations from the global standard design

Must Haves - Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree in Business (preferred)

•5-7 years’ experience in sourcing/operational leadership (preferred)

• Knowledge of the strategic sourcing process and contract management process

•Strong project management / organizational / and change management skills

•Excellent leadership, teamwork, and effective business partnering capabilities

•Communicates and Influences effectively – inside and outside of Supply Management function

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing Systems and/or similar technology; General knowledge of systems workflow

•Excellent working knowledge of all applications within Microsoft Office

•Strong User of Excel


•Possible travel 10-20%
