Sr. Project Manager-Government Programs
This position provides marketplace planning and supports client development related to Heath Care Reform and the Individual Marketplace. This role is responsible for developing data insights that drive both client and enterprise business value. This position will be a key resource for helping understand the broader marketplace and responsible for developing internal and external resources to secure information required to drive marketplace value propositions. This person will help manage strategic planning frameworks, provide content/ideas, and develop communications (verbal and written), in support of market development.
Development of pertinent client metrics, analytics & communication is support of market development
Work cross-functionally to ensure internal client marketplace data integrity
Manage, across health plan divisions, client lives & scripts planning and provide insights
Maintain knowledge base of broader HCR & Individual Market Understanding including competitors/prospects
Oversee data publications for external consumption to advance ESI thought leadership
Partake in the development of Marketplace Strategic Assessments
Provide vision to data platform activities enabling future metric/data visualizations that drive new value-prop insights
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
8-12 years relevant experience or Masters Degree with 6-10 years relevant experience with general knowledge and appreciation for the PBM business.
Microsoft office applications.
Able to thrive in self-directed environment
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Solid, proven track record managing multiple projects completion.
The Sr. Project Manager must be an organized and resourceful manager who is able to work in an entrepreneurial, growth environment.
Critical skills include Project management, Cross-functional team leadership, Business analysis & planning management, Working Knowledge of data systems.

Abbott Diabetes Care communicated a recall of certain FreeStyle® strips used in the FreeStyle® Blood Glucose Meter built into the OmniPod Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM). They have also recalled the FreeStyle Flash® Meter and FreeStyle® Classic meters. Both recalls are being issued because glucose level readings using these products may provide erroneously low results which if not recognized may pose significant risks to your health.
