Position Summary

As an Operations Supervisor, you will supporting the Medicare D (Med D) Member Correspondence Imaging team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee Incoming Correspondence and Undeliverable Mail Representatives that process critical documents directly related to ensuring our members receive the proper benefits they are requesting.

In this role you will:

Lead and oversee coordinators and specialists who process various types of member documents

Ensure government regulatory guidelines and essential turnaround times are met

Monitor employee performance and report on performance metrics

Work flow management, quality control, process improvements, scheduling resources effectively

Monitor and administer employee attendance

Handle disciplinary issues

Practice and promote CVS core values

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of Supervisory or leadership experience in an operations environment

* Ability to manage a high volume production team effectively with an emphasis on quality output

* Working knowledge of MedForce, FACETs, Marx, etc

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to interact with internal partners and clients in a professional manner

* Ability to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced, high volume environment

* Strong knowledge of enrollment, mail processes and workflow activities

* Knowledge of CMS guidelines

* Strong understanding of business process improvement and project management

Attention to detail

Ability to identify trending, communicate obstacles and provide solutions to increase efficiencies in day to day operations

Ability to effectively communicate with peers, management, the Client and other business units to achieve and report required results

Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to evaluate requests (stated and inferred) to determine best course of action for the request based on CMS guidelines

Should have a great set of core values demonstrating accountability, respect, integrity, openness, and teamwork

Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to learn new tasks and processes with minimum direction

Requires an understanding and practice of Human Resource policies

Basic to intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be able to create and update Excel Spreadsheets

Ability to understand and communicate Part D Benefit plan designs and CMS policies and procedures

Must have strong customer service/focus on client retention
