Want to join this process-driven, results-oriented group?The Innovation & Technology Development Division (ITDD) currently has an opening for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst located in the East Peoria, IL area. As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst on the Cat Logistics team, you perform both operational and tactical work to meet plant logistics deliverables. You will be responsible for communicating material availability metrics to leadership as well as supply the Logistics Planning Analyst with any MRC changes/updatesJob Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:*Communicate to Logistics Planning Analyst any MRC changes/updates*Participate in sourcing council meetings and communicate updates*Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting duties including: material availability, clean to build analysis, supplier past dues, etc*Compile and submit ITDD key metrics reports*Update group metrics boards throughout facilityBasic Qualifications:*College or university degree*2 years of MRC and MRP experience*Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel*Previous data analytics experienceTop Candidates Will Also Have:*Strong problem solving skills*Strong communication skills and ability to work across functional areas with internal and external customers *Self-starter to address issues and complete tasksCaterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website at www.caterpillar.com/careers Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
