Our Retirement consulting team combines expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support global organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans. Whether a client has a defined benefit pension or a defined contribution plan, we work with them to determine the right approach to design, funding, investing, governing and employee engagement that fits their specific goals.

We are looking for a strong hands-on Technical Lead to advance our industry leading software product. You will apply your design, architecture and development skills to lead a development team to create leading edge solutions to Willis Towers Watson's clients.
Hands On Technical Leadership of Industry Leading Pension Administration System
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers and Testers to deliver high quality software consistent with business priorities.
Oversee day-to-day work of a dedicated team of developers including work assignment, issue resolution and code reviews in a Scrum Methodology
Responsible for all technical and architectural decisions on the project
Develop a deep understanding of the system to provide guiding vision for the product
Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 10 years of experience in .NET/C#/Visual Studio
At least 10 years of experience in Web Development
Proven Technical Leadership experience
Excellent knowledge of Object Orient Programming/Design
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum Methodology using TFS
Actuarial or Pension Admin knowledge a plus
