An exciting opportunity for a clinically-focused Trainer to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, supporting London and South of England with internal/external training as well as CRM device implant and clinic support.
The successful candidate will support creating and delivering CRM training and education programmes /curricula for customers, and may also develop their involvement in CRM employee training, demonstrating and facilitating the highest standards of clinical and therapeutic capability.
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, understanding of market dynamics, and the technical basis of our devices competitive advantage, the individual will maintain clinical application experience and be clinically signed-off to provide case support within the UK.
Liaising with sales and FTE colleagues, and where necessary the in-house administrative team, this individual will be involved in the identification of customer and staff educational needs, developing, supporting and managing technical/therapy-based training courses and seminars, ensuring competent delivery of educational activities, and clinical and technical support for our technology. This individual will ensure the appropriate management of course logistics.
The desired candidate will be a graduate within a Healthcare/Medical discipline, who holds a professional qualification e.g. UBHRE/BHRS and has prior experience of training/education roles in the NHS or device industry. Experience of CRM within the Medical Devices industry is preferred, with a familiarity with both clinical and non-clinical education skills as well as training program design, benchmarking and review. The preferred candidate must be a clear communicator, able to build rapport easily, located within/close to London and willing to travel.
