Position Summary The Unifier Specialist is responsible to manage Unifier requests and work with the Jacobs project team on the development, implementation, and modification of business processes throughout the entire project application lifecycle. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to Internal Stakeholders in

  • Provide Unifier End User Training and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

  • Provide user support and system administration for Unifier Serve as the single point of contact for Unifier related issues for project stakeholders

Qualifications Required Qualifications: Four year degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience with Unifier or equivalent business process system working as a System Administrator with competency in: Setting up data structures Creating data views and cubes Configuring and utilizing BI Publisher Configuring user mode Navigator User and Group Administration

  • Adding & Managing multiple stakeholders Configure Project Numbering, Cost Codes, and Status Experience in using Unifier uDesigner to design customized shells, managers, and business processes Understanding of basic project management BPs (business processes)and workflows and be able to create: data elements forms logs reports Knowledge and understanding of PMI Project life cycle and processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel to remote work sites on as needed basis Effective at problem solving and decision making Ability to multi-task with experience working with highly collaborative project teams Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Primavera Unifier Implementation Specialist Primavera uDesigner Fundamentals training MBA or advanced Engineering Degree Experience working on large projects ($10MM USD) with multiple stakeholders At Jacobs, we help prepare people for new opportunities and challenges.
