Vice President works with Managing Director in structuring and syndicating bank loan products, primarily in Leveraged Loans. Will be responsible for overseeing junior staff in production of CIMs, Teasers, and markets reads. Will work with deal team through Capital Market aspects of closing and funding transactions. Candidate must be comfortable working directly with senior officers of clients. Ability to lead / instruct junior staff on transactions essential.
Minimum of five years leveraged lending experience with focus on structuring and distribution. Knowledge of Capital Markets and Credit issues for all traditional bank products. Candidate must be a team player.
