Alternative Investments Tax Senior Manager

The candidate will assist in providing tax compliance & consulting services to the Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Real Estate clients. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field is required. Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred. Should have 6+ years of prior tax experience. CFP or Master’s in Tax is preferred. Proficient in tax compliance process software is preferred. Financial Services industry experience supporting Alternative Investment funds Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds is preferred. Experience with tax research databases is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat is preferred. CPA or Licensed Attorney, or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent is required.
