Staff Attorney II-Immigration
Responsibilities: Provide high quality legal advice as necessary for key stakeholders regarding immigration law and employee sponsorship in a timely and responsive manner. Provide legal support for immigration filings, relevant recruitment teams, and leadership stakeholders. Provide legal support for response to request for evidence or information with regard to immigration filings. Provide education, training, and recommendations on improved process opportunities. Produces and maintains immigration policy and internal resources to improve governance and promote better understanding. Periodic agency or court appearances to support immigration sponsorship activities. Provide system policy and procedure review, as required. Provide backup coverage for other Staff Attorneys. Assist in the supervision of legal department staff assigned to system activities and promote teamwork and high quality work product. Share call for and all affiliates with all attorneys assigned to the Legal Services Department.
