Description:

King University is seeking an innovative and energetic leader to serve as Director of Undergraduate Recruitment. This individual will be responsible for a student recruitment plan designed to meet enrollment goals and must provide leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment policies and procedures. The Director of Undergraduate Recruitment is also required to meet yearly enrollment goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with proven successful experience in higher education admissions.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: creating a student recruitment plan that will meet enrollment goals; managing Admissions Representatives' daily recruitment activities; working with the Vice-President of Enrollment Management to ensure accuracy of information Admissions Representatives use in recruitment; working with the Vice-President of Enrollment Management and the Marketing Department to ensure all materials meet the needs of the recruitment goals for Admissions Representatives; and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
