The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have 3-6 years of debt finance experience. Should have Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed. Experience representing private equity sponsors, acquisition and portfolio companies, and lenders in sophisticated bank debt transactions, private equity loan work, and in all aspects of financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions, is required.
