Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the management team in daily operations of the Gainesville Ga. Complex. The responsibilities of this position will include maintaining and tracking production inventories, schedules and quality procedures, maintenance records, safety events and training. Other responsibilities of this position can include monitoring production-based equipment with shift oversight as needed while assisting in maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements: This position requires knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as page formatting and basic formulas, Microsoft Outlook for communicating and sending attachments, as well as verbal communication skills. Other requirements include the ability to take direction on multiple projects and be self-motivated to complete tasks. Six months production-based experience is preferred in a weighing and batching type position. The physical requirements of this position include sitting, using hands and fingers for typing, standing for training and oversight purposes, and occasional lifting of 25lbs. or more.

This position is slated for team members that currently work at this facility. If no current team members are selected, external candidates will be considered.
