Duties: Performs legal research, document review and preparation and file management as directed. Reviews legal documents, including notices, pleadings and correspondence, and manages calendar of corresponding due dates/deadlines. Drafts memorandums, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested. Provides guidance to management regarding legal issues pursuant to direction of Attorney.
