Duties: Performs legal research, document review and preparation and file management as directed. Reviews legal documents, including notices, pleadings and correspondence, and manages calendar of corresponding due dates/deadlines. Drafts memorandums, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested. Provides guidance to management regarding legal issues pursuant to direction of Attorney. Coordinates and interacts with outside attorneys and legal assistants. Performs legal research to identify issues, determine supporting/contrasting legal authority and arrive at legal conclusions/recommendations.
