Environmental Associate

The candidate should have 1-5 years of legal regulatory experience, ideally in some aspect of environmental law. Actual experience with CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, TSCA, FIFRA and the state equivalents and/or involvement in any areas of EHS support including compliance, transactional and litigation is a definite plus. An outstanding academic record, superb research and drafting skills, and strong analytical ability are required.
