The internship may include assisting with: reviewing compliance initiatives, drafting and managing contracts and templates, updating company policies, legal research and writing, and more. Must be pursuing a graduate degree (JD or LLM) at an accredited law school with a strong academic record. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly. Previous legal internship and/or business-related work experience, particularly in the technology sector.
