The candidate will be responsible for working closely within the Claims Department to manage and support the company's litigation and claims assisting in all aspects of litigation including file maintenance, retention of outside expert reviews and preparation for those reviews including: management and organization of medical records; discovery (including electronic management of documents and data, preparation of documents for production in response to document requests and assistance with preparation of written discovery responses); management of the departmental litigation calendar; and other duties as assigned.Should have Bachelor’s degree. Should have 5+ years related litigation paralegal experience. Should have working knowledge of software used by department.
