Senior Manager – Branding and Creative Services
The candidate will work with the leadership team, drive brand development, corporate identity and brand awareness. Continuously assess the impact of the firm’s branding and profiling efforts. Working closely with the firm’s Client Development Team to assess the firm’s approach in light of client feedback and information on current and emerging trends. Proactively recommending adjustments and refinements, as required. Ensure consistent execution in multimedia messaging for both internal and external audiences aligned with strategic objectives. Creative direction for effective collateral material, including the design of proposals, client alerts, newsletters, announcements and advertising which collectively and consistently drive brand propositions. Creative direction for external and internal communications, including promotion of firm and attorney announcements, awards, rankings and accomplishments. Manage relations with external providers of marketing technology services including website, email marketing, printing and graphics services. Proactively suggest new technologies to increase audience engagement and market impact. Graphic Arts or BA Degree (four year college or university) is required. Should have 7+ years related experience, preferably in a corporate/professional services environment. Should be demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office. HTML/animation//video editing skills an asset.
