The candidate will assist in evaluation, preparation and prosecution of patents and patent applications. Will provide support for patent enforcement, licensing and business transactions. Perform infringement and validity analysis and general portfolio management. Should have Bachelor's and advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science. Post-doctoral research experience a plus. Must have 4+ years of patent prosecution experience, preferably working at a law firm. Registration to practice before the USPTO is required. Strong computer and internet research skills are needed.
