THE ROLE:

We’re looking for…

The Gilt City Marketing Associate will join an entrepreneurial team focused on partnering with leading lifestyle brands nationally, and top local businesses in key cities. As a member of Gilt City, the Associate will help execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support the team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenge of working with internal and external teams to execute marketing campaigns.

What you’ll accomplish:

Execute marketing campaigns designed to engage customers through digital marketing channels

Collaborate with internal & external partners to implement marketing campaigns (including sales team, creative and planning)

Work weekly with existing affiliate networks to promote applicable Gilt City Offers

Partner with Gilt City team to identify and source applicable Influencers

Analyze campaigns and offer optimization guidance to drive future growth

Track budget for paid marketing promotions

Attend weekly meetings with Gilt City sales & planning teams

Help execute sales marketing collateral and create sales target prospect lists for key collections (such as Travel Getaways)

Assist the head of Gilt City / Integrated marketing to prepare ad agency impression RFPs, and client recap decks (includes opportunity to join client facing calls)

THE RIGHT FIT:

You have…

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, with

1-2

years of experience

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team

An innovative, positive, and self-starter attitude

Passionate about ecommerce, retail, fashion and technology

Bonus points for prior digital marketing experience with Google Adwords, Affiliates, Facebook Ads, and data visualization software such as Tableau. Comfort level with PowerPoint also a plus.
