Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an electrical and computer technologies associate attorney with 3-8 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will interface with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. Will prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications in the United States and abroad. Conducts freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses. Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested or needed. Must have a degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field of study. Demonstrated understanding of machine learning, molecular biology, and sequencing technology is required. Familiarity with gene editing, immunology, microscopy, and systems biology is a plus. Must be Admitted to the USPTO.
