Duties:

  • Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit to provide legal counsel and support to corporate clients.
  • Handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and related corporate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' needs.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and transactions.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Active Bar license in the state of Nebraska.
  • Strong commitment to the local community and demonstrated involvement in community service or pro bono work.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional judgment and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in the state of Nebraska.
