Senior Technology Project Manager
The candidate will manage end-to-end project and software development lifecycle, Meet with internal and external clients to determine business and functional requirements for each project, Establish a detailed project plan and project schedule to meet the desired scope, Establish a realistic and data-driven resource plan, Closely monitor project schedule, tasks, and dependencies throughout execution, Collaborate with development leads, internal departments and implementation teams to complete projects as scoped and on time, Provide thorough communication of project status and progress towards completion, Provide timely, informed responses to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns, Develop risk management strategies and ensure risks/issues documented, communicated, and resolved promptly, Define repeatable processes and develop clear SOPs to standardize teams on those processes, Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation, Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities, Celebrate accomplishments and escalate risks and issues appropriately. Bachelors Degree, Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, Experience with Salesforce and/or comparable CRM system a plus, Knowledge of the various stages of project and software development life-cycles, Experience defining detailed project scope and plans with business and technology objectives, Experience leading project engagements or teams, Extensive experience with designing and developing reports, Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, including project stakeholders and project team members, backed up by strong communication skills, Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills are required.
