Finance Intake Manager
The candidate will provide resource planning, hiring, supervision and work direction to finance intake specialists. Regularly coach, mentor, evaluate and recognize staff performance and accomplishments. Provide technical and analytical support to facilitate business process improvement through effective use of technology and internal control procedures. Identify areas for improvement, analyze processes and recommend solutions for increased efficiency. Participate in defining, testing and supporting future software, including the implementation of Elite 3E. Open, maintain and close clients and matters. Set up and maintain timekeepers and bill rates. Clearly understand and ensure appropriate approvals granted for all maintenance. Provide research and reporting as needed. Facilitate the annual exception rate review process. Special projects and duties, as assigned. Strong commitment to client service. Cooperation and the ability to collaborate in a team, including across offices. Ability to foster a fair and equitable work and team environment.
