Receptionist Supervisor
The candidate will manage the daily operations of all firm Receptionists. Our Receptionist team is the "first impression" of our law firm and is responsible for providing 5- star customer service to our clients both on the phone and in person. Supervise and assist with day-to-day tasks of the Receptionist department which includes answering and screening incoming phone calls, greeting and directing clients and vendors, sorting incoming and preparing outgoing mail, and entering and updating information in our client management database system. Coordinate proper phone coverage of Receptionist staff through scheduling, reviewing timesheets and approving time off. Develop and implement uniform policies and procedures for Receptionists firm wide. Interview, train, mentor and develop Receptionist staff. Monitor, review and evaluate the work and performance of all Receptionists. Prepare and maintain daily and periodic reports. Variety of general office work. Should have 2-5 years of leadership experience as well as receptionist experience using a multi-line phone system. Prior experience in a law firm preferred.
