Work you’ll do

This role will support the Deloitte Immigration team. As a Manager on the Immigration Process Transformation team, you will use your knowledge and experience of operational excellence and technology to optimize business results through the enablement of an Immigration program vision and strategy. You will be involved in helping our Immigration team achieve strategic objectives by:

Leading projects and all associated activities including identifying and remediating issues and risks, solving complex problems, and maintaining a hands-on role in ensuring deadlines are met through high quality deliverables

Advising stakeholders and the immigration team on innovative solutions with an eye for opportunities and bringing the full suite of operational excellence capabilities to deliver superior results

Monitoring HR process and technology marketplace trends and determining a point-of-view in order to make recommendations and influence the way our immigration team delivers services

Leading projects with diverse teams to deliver results through structured methodologies and solution-based approaches

Leading and implementing effective process management frameworks that include knowledge management, flow charts, value stream maps, risk management, performance metrics, systems and tools

Managing the performance and development of other team members

The individual in this role must have experience leading and managing complex projects and deliverables. Individual must have a consultative approach toward clients and the ability to build relationships and influence others. Individual must be familiar with HR functions, processes and best practices, in addition to managing change with stakeholders. Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills are important for success in this role.

Deloitte’s Immigration Transformation Team is part of Deloitte’s Immigration team of Deloitte Services LP. This team is responsible for process transformation, analytics and technology advances to better support the business and practitioners of Deloitte U.S. Firms.
