Community Development Finance Associate
The candidate will work primarily with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit team and will focus on the development and financing of affordable housing projects for community development and revitalization. Will focus on helping investors and syndicators utilize multiple sources of financing, including tax credits and other government incentives, creating housing, aiding in commercial development, and revitalizing underserved communities across the country. Should preferably have 2-4 years of transactional experience in real estate, housing, or corporate activities. Knowledge of real estate finance, government incentive programs, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and an aptitude for analyzing financial projections are required.
