Tax Services Senior Manager - International Tax Services

The candidate will identify and answer complex domestic and international tax issues. Will build long-lasting relationships with clients and develop understanding of their unique needs and requirements. Model/quantify the impact of tax reform legislation on client's global structure. Identify potential planning opportunities based on client data. Coach or lead teams on large scale data transformation projects. Desire to learn and specialize in new tax legislation and how it impacts clients. Should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field ) and/or a Juris Doctorate in Law. Should have a US state CPA license (or similar non-US license that can be transferred)or State Bar membership. Must have 8+ years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization. Experience in foreign tax credit calculations, including foreign source income and mechanics of expense allocations is required. Should have the ability to communicate complex tax and industry concepts to clients through exceptional writing and speaking skills. Experience managing budgets and projects is needed.
