We are a top environmental law firm located in New Jersey.  Our attorneys counsel on matters including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties and brownfields, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues, environmental regulatory compliance, including permitting air, water and land applications, litigation, and appeals.

The Position

Looking for Full-Time Attorney - Flexible/Remote Hybrid Schedule

Qualifications

·             JD from an accredited law school

·             Strong communication, writing, and research skills

·             Admitted to practice in NJ (NY bar a plus)

Responsibilities

·             Represent clients in a wide range of environmental and litigation claims

·             Work closely with other team members on legal projects

·             Regularly handle client relations
