Real Estate Transactional Senior Associate
The candidate will handle all facets of such transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as financing and development. The job requires a background drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documentation (for instance, contracts involving a variety of deal structures), and knowledge of financial transactions and risk management. Should have significant corporate real estate experience and a comprehensive understanding of the life cycle of a commercial real estate deal. The position also requires outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent writing skills, and admission to the California or New York Bar. Must have very strong communication and presentation skills, and the capacity to successfully interact with internal and external senior management and real estate and governmental officials.
