MHAP Program Manager
Duties: Advocates for improved access to health and welfare benefits for all Mississippians with particular emphasis on the poor and underserved populations throughout the state of Mississippi. Ensures Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of the department’s operations. Engage community members and organizations in Mississippi to promote public health through changes in public policy at the local, state and federal levels. Plan and implement a comprehensive funding development program designed to provide significant resources to MHAP (Mississippi Health Advocacy Program).
