A law firm in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in handling various aspects of commercial real estate, including real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. PA Bar admission is required for this role.


  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements.
  • Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and leases, ensuring they meet legal requirements and client objectives.
  • Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and property assessments to identify potential legal issues.
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Assist in real estate finance matters, including loan transactions and refinancing activities.
  • Stay current with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide clients with the most up-to-date legal advice and strategies.

  • PA Bar admission is required.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


  • Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.


  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate law and related legal concepts.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate finance and transactional matters.
