The candidate must thrive in an environment that is client-focused, fast-paced, and deadline driven. Must possess solid oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills in addition to being highly motivated to learn. The ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as being proactive in prioritizing work is necessary. Strong word processing skills and the ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, are required. Solid knowledge of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant processes and procedures, the ability to draft forms for H, L, and O visa petitions, as well as PERM Applications and related immigrant visa petitions, and proficiency in the use of INS Zoom, is required. A Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is required.
