Spring Internship
The intern will gain valuable experience and first-hand understanding of how firm’s legislative process works. Will assist with answering phones, data entry, and general office systems operations. Interns are an important part of firm’s staff. Must be college students and recent graduates. Priority is given to applicants from Oregon's 5th district, although all interested persons are encouraged to apply. Legislative interns will attend hearings and Congressional briefings, draft constituent correspondence, prepare memoranda, and conduct research on a variety of issues for the Congressman. Digital interns will compile press clips, draft releases and social media postings, and design web content. Previous experience with design programs such as Adobe and Canva is preferred.
Session : January-May.
