Mid-level IP Transactional Associate

The candidate will have diversified experience advising clients on intellectual property, technology, and data-related matters, such as licensing, settlements, R&D collaborations, IT agreements, IP ownership restructuring, IP and privacy advice, data sharing, and matters relating to corporate transactions, including supporting M&A, capital markets and debt finance matters. In addition, the practice is also involved in intellectual property aspects of the firm's matters across all of its many practice groups, advising clients on intellectual property issues related to real estate, private funds, bankruptcy, and antitrust matters and advising the firm's private clients. Should have 3-5 years of intellectual property or technology transactions experience, and be admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials. Data privacy experience is a plus.
