The candidate will have diversified experience advising clients on intellectual property, technology, and data-related matters, such as licensing, settlements, R&D collaborations, IT agreements, IP ownership restructuring, IP and privacy advice, data sharing, and matters relating to corporate transactions, including supporting M&A, capital markets and debt finance matters.
