The intern will be assigned a variety of legal tasks and practice responsibilities. Will assist on legal research; observing court proceedings; interviewing witnesses; settlement negotiations; pre-trial discovery; correspondence; trial practice; drafting documents. Areas of practice exposure includes : employment; public benefits; domestic violence; housing; disability rights; civil rights; elder law; Indian law. 1L students and 2L students are considered.
