Aon is looking for an Enterprise Data Architect Summary Conducts a variety of complex assignments within his/her area of responsibility,●   Co-own and drive the DASP platform long term strategy●   Support the development of the DASP platform by identifying gaps and recommending solutions/products/integrations/best practices.●   Support DASP user onboarding to the platform and leverage its capabilities by:○   Providing technical mentoring/training.○   Designing data processing patterns and detailed architectures.○   Delivering tactical hands-on deliverables (data processing applications, ML Models, CI/CD Pipelines).●   Assist the DASP Operations team identifying problems and provide solutions. This role can be located in Chicago, New York, Texas , California or Virtual Chicago ,New York ,Texas or California regions.   Job Responsibilities:●   Data Professional with Data Science background and 3yrs Experience.●   Proficient with at least one of the following data processing platforms: Hadoop, Spark Clusters, DataBricks, and Cloud based technologies (AWS and/or Azure)●   Proficient in at least one of the following data processing languages: Python/Scala/R●   Proficient in TSQL and at least one of the following DBs: SQL Server, Oracle, SnowFlake, Redshift, Impala, PostgreSQL.●   Proficient in some of the following ML Platforms/Libraries/Tools: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, scikit-learn●   Proficient in Notebook development environments (Jupyter/Zeppelin)●   Familiar with some MLOps / DevOps technologies such Git/Bitbucket/GitLab/TeamCity/Octopus/Jenkins●   Familiar with any diagramming tools such as Visio/InkScape/Lucid Charts/Draw.io●   Proven record of productionizing Data Science ML Models.●   Familiarity with a Data Management framework such as DAMA a plus.●   Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.●   Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.●   Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.●   Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.●   Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.●   Inclusive, open, honest, and inquisitive Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or 5 years of experience in an related field. We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
